Unable to access to CloverPool
Please confirm that the miner is available to the network normally when it is inaccessible to the pool. If not, please check whether connection devices, such as upstream switches and routers, work or not. If yes, please check the backup mining address according to below approaches.
1. Put to use test instruments of the miner
The miner showers a wealth of network test tools on users.
1. Open the background of the miner and enter Network->Diagnostics
2. Network inspection and solutions to common faults (Please choose the corresponding solutions to total 3 problems in accordance with reality.)
Please click Ping, a green button, after entering your mining address without port number. Wait for a few seconds, the return result will appear below.
In the first case, the domain name of mining address in the pool can be resolved normally.
Pictured above, the correct mining server address can be resolved and the return of below packet is
6 packets transmitted, 6 packets received, 0% packet loss
The solution to the first case
Make use of the mining address of 443 port as pool1's setting.
In the second case, the domain name of mining address in the pool can be resolved and it shows 127.0.0.1
Pictured above, the first red box shows 127.0.0.1 and the return of below packet is
6 packets transmitted, 6 packets received, 0% packet loss
The solution to the second case
Employ the backup IP as pool1's mining address.
In the third case, the domain name of mining address in the pool cannot be resolved.
Pictured above, IP cannot be resolved by the domain name. Please continue to check with Nslookup tools in order to localize the problem more briskly. Method is as follow and please duplicate and forward the contents in the red box to workers of pool.
The solution to the third case
